Potatoes Leonnesse

Organic grown potatoes sautéed in butter with onion, garlic and bacon.
This is one of if not the favorite potato dish of all time! I first had them at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse – originally served with only the onion. My waiter that evening recommended that I order them with bacon & I have been doing that ever since. Amazing!

2009 Wilson Creek Riesling

Tasting Note: This fruit-forward Riesling exudes flavors of sweet pear, honey, and rip peach. It pairs well with salads, grilled fish, cheeses, chicken and pastas with light sauces.

This was a great wine that I enjoyed with a fabulous roasted chicken in a mushroom cream sauce.  Keep your eye open for that recipe coming soon! I’d serve this wine just a little bit chilled and enjoy it now.
