Patatas Fritas Recipe

Garlicky delicious potatoes fried in olive oil with a hint of rosemary and thyme. The perfect side dish to any meal!

Ingredients
4 Russet Potatoes
5 Garlic Cloves
1/4 tsp Rosemary
1/4 tsp Thyme
Olive Oil
Directions
1. Cut potatoes in half length wise then slice
2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat
3. Add olive oil to pan, enough to cover bottom of pan
4. Add potatoes and cook stirring occasionally 3-5 mins
5. Season potatoes with salt and pepper and add a sprinkling of Lawry’s Season Salt.  Stir to mix seasonings among the potatoes.
6. Add chopped garlic to pan and cook for another few minutes
7. Add rosemary and thyme to pan  and toss with potatoes
8. Cook potatoes until they are a good golden brown and they are tender.
9. Serve warm as a side dish to meats
